We would like to express our sincere gratitude to all our shareholders and investors for their continued and generous support.<\/p>\n

Geechs Inc. listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Mothers Market on March 20, 2019, and is currently listed on the TSE Standard Market. We owe this achievement entirely to the warm support of our shareholders and investors, for which we are deeply grateful.<\/p>\n

Under our Grand Vision, “Make the biggest impression in the 21st century,” the GEECHS Group comprises Geechs Inc.\u2014centered on our founding IT Talent Business\u2014together with our group companies.<\/p>\n

Japan is currently facing a severe societal challenge: forecasts estimate a shortage of up to 790,000 IT professionals by 2030, and up to 3.39 million AI specialists by 2040. At the same time, the rapid penetration of advanced technologies such as generative AI is dramatically shifting the challenges companies face\u2014from simply securing labor, to a more fundamental task: business transformation and the restructuring of operational processes around AI, or “AX” (AI Transformation).<\/p>\n

We view this paradigm shift as a significant opportunity. Furthermore, leveraging our Global Sharing Platform spanning Japan, the Philippines, and Australia, we promote the optimal circulation of technical resources across national and organizational boundaries.
